I'm Dr. Madhu Swamy, ND and I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Kingston, with a passion for empowering women to take control of their own health.

 

I became inspired to become a Naturopathic Doctor after witnessing the burden that chronic illness had on many family members, feeling helpless, wanting to assist, but not knowing how.

 

With my own struggles with hormones as a teenager and after having two beautiful children, I know the importance of having a plan to manage my health concerns that didn’t rely on just treating symptoms, but instead having a strategy and plan that focused on my hormonal health. With the help of evidence based Naturopathic Medicine, I was able harness my hormones, and develop my own path to wellness.

I help women achieve optimal wellness. I believe everyone deserves to understand what is happening in their body, learn how to best support their own health, and be the primary decision maker in their own health journey.​​​
